2. Collection and Storage of Personal Data as well as Type and Purpose of Its Use
When accessing the website https://www.printloop.io, information is automatically sent to our server by the browser used on your device. This information is temporarily stored in a log file.

If we conclude an employment contract with an applicant, the transmitted data will be stored for the purpose of handling the employment relationship in compliance with legal regulations. If no employment contract is concluded, the application documents are deleted two months after notification of the rejection, unless other legitimate interests prevent deletion. Other legitimate interests include, for example, the obligation to provide evidence in proceedings under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).

We maintain a company page on LinkedIn to interact with prospects, customers, and applicants. If you are redirected to our LinkedIn profile by clicking a link (e.g., icon), data processing occurs according to the platform operator’s terms. Unlike standard web plugins, data exchange between you and LinkedIn only happens when you actively use the platform.
